PENERAPAN LAST PLANNER SYSTEM UNTUK PENINGKATAN RELIABILITAS PERENCANAAN PEKERJAAN STRUKTUR (STUDI KASUS: GEDUNG XYZ)

Keterandalan perencanaan jangka pendek (weekly planning) kerap menjadi titik lemah dalam proyek gedung bertingkat, yang mengakibatkan deviasi jadwal dan menurunnya produktivitas. Penelitian studi kasus ini mengevaluasi penerapan Last Planner System (LPS) pada pekerjaan struktur XYZ Building yang dikelola oleh PT ABC untuk meningkatkan reliabilitas rencana mingguan. Implementasi LPS meliputi phase pull planning, lookahead planning, weekly work planning dengan papan Kanban, serta daily huddle meeting selama empat minggu (Februari 2025). Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata Percent Plan Complete (PPC) meningkat signifikan dari 38,0% (Januari, pra-LPS) menjadi 81,35% (Februari, pasca-LPS), dengan kenaikan sebesar 43,35 percentage points. Analisis constraint mengidentifikasi 38 constraint dari 475 aktivitas (8%), dengan hanya tiga constraint yang belum terselesaikan (Constraint Index = 7,9%). LPS juga menstabilkan siklus pekerjaan struktur pada 6 hari per zona, sesuai target yang ditetapkan melalui Future State Mapping (FSM). Temuan ini memberikan bukti empiris bahwa LPS mampu meningkatkan reliabilitas perencanaan mingguan, mengurangi hambatan operasional, serta relevan sebagai pendekatan lean untuk pekerjaan struktur gedung bertingkat di Indonesia.
